How to request a correction

What happens next
The newsroom will review the published article and available sources. If a material factual error is confirmed, the article will be corrected. When context requires it, an update or correction note will explain the change.
Updates are different from corrections
A later event can make an earlier article incomplete without making the original reporting wrong. In that situation, the newsroom may add an update, publish a follow-up, or revise current resource information with a new modified time.
